This position involves providing technical support to our expanding customer base. The technical support role will be of the Qinetix suite of applications including Galaxy, QNet, QSM, and our HSM products. Responsibilities include taking ownership of trouble tickets, collecting and analyzing information and ultimately leading to resolutions and documentation of the issues. Along with being a very technical individual, this position also requires exceptional time management skills, as tasks must be performed in a timely fashion.
